I was honored to donate Drifitin' to the talented designer Rachel Winokur of eTTa designs for her space in the Upward Bound House project. 18 prominent interior designers from Los Angeles donated their services to create rooms for homeless families at Upward Bound House's new emergency Family Shelter.
Through a collaboration with Hang Art Gallery, my painting Seems All the World Has Gone Insane is on display in A. Rudin's newly remodeled showroom in the San Francisco Design Center - www.arudin.com.
Over the past several months, dear friend and painter Addie Shevlin and I have collaborated on an exciting body of work. One of us starts a painting, and then hands it to the other to complete. You can find one of these collaborations in the Spring Art Auction for Central City Hospitality House on Thursday April 29th, 2010 at Andrea Schwartz Gallery from 6-9pm.
If you're feeling like California has all the fun, not to worry. A selection of my paintings will travel east this May with Hang Art Gallery to the Affordable Art Fair in New York City, NY. If you're interested in attending, please let me know. www.aafnyc.com
